Return and Refund Policy

Terms & Conditions

  1. As per applicable government regulations, quoting a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory for all transactions exceeding ₹2,00,000, irrespective of the payment mode.
  2. Cash payments are strictly prohibited for transactions above ₹1,99,000.
  3. In case of payments made via cheque, delivery of jewellery will be processed only after realisation of the cheque amount.
  4. Tavya Jewellery shall not be responsible for any damage arising from improper use or handling, including but not limited to breakage, surface scratches, or dislodgement of stones.
  5. This document shall be treated as a GST-compliant Tax Invoice under the prevailing GST laws.
  6. All items are sold on a final sale basis. No guarantees on colour are provided, and products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  7. Tavya Jewellery reserves the sole discretion to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior intimation.
  8. Buyback Policy
    a. Tavya Jewellery products are eligible for exchange at a value of up to 55% of the original invoice amount, subject to evaluation.
    b. No monetary (cash) refunds shall be issued under the buyback or exchange process.
    c. Exchange of Tavya silver jewellery will be accepted only upon submission of the original physical invoice.
  9. Any disputes, claims, or legal matters shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the local courts.

Note: Buyback Eligibility Criteria

  • The jewellery must be returned in good condition, free from any damage or breakage.
  • The gold plating must remain intact to qualify for the maximum applicable buyback value.
